Difficult to find somewhere to park when taking my car for service, but the service dept staff were excellent
Customer Service excellent . Vehicle presentation after service excellent. Car runs well after service. The only thing that stopped me awarding 5 stars is when I go into the i Drive Menu for Servicing , No Entry has been added in the Service History.
Service was completed well car washed & cleaned Pick up service was great Only problem was booking car in for service Booked it online but when I checked no booking was made had to rebook at dealership so won't use online booking system again

No feedback when picking up the vehicle as to any areas for concern, and no paperwork.
The service was well done but we had to return the car because the 'next service indicator' had not been reset.
The actual service was carried out at my local garage well however having to keep my car overnight while waiting for parts needed stopped this being completely satisfied. The person at my local Marshalls garage who dealt with me communicated well.
The gentleman that looked after me Nathan Blewett at Marshals whilst my car was having a service was excellent. He was polite, knowledgeable and made sure everything was spot on for me. Credit to BMW.

Helpful staff and the service received was of a good standard.
The problem I had with my recently purchased vehicle was swiftly diagnosed and rapidly dealt with. The excellent service was augmented by a full health check emailed to me on the day - complete with video footage of the underside of the car.
Sam and the team always look after us exceptionally well.

The service/MOT went very well. I also had a emergency telephone system fault showing on the panal I paid 170 gbp for Diagnostics service which did not cure the fault. I asked if they could isolate the phone,but said no.609.00gbp extra for new contro
Disappointed with the standard of the complementary valet after the service
The customer service person (Nathan) did not seem to know what was going on. In addition he has quoted that all services will be around £130, which is clearly not true and misleading

Service Department good and very helpful. However valet of the car was poor. Interior was left greasy and smeared and the exterior had only been half washed.
Convenient appointment with the work completed on time and at a competitive price compared to other main dealers. Friendly efficient service provided by service staff in particular Sam.

Was ok but the pre set radio settings and sat nav had been wiped. The washing of the car wasn't up to the usual standard but I suppose it's a complimentary service you offer. Also couldn't find the car so was walking around looking for it!
