It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. The customer service person (Nathan) did not seem to know what was going on. In addition he has quoted that all services will be around £130, which is clearly not true and misleading

I called in on a Saturday to buy a service plan, it was pre-arranged. When I got there the only member of staff in service had been taken I'll and gone home. My details were taken for someone to call me back. I got no call back so I had to phone.
