As stated above. Lack of communication from the dealer has dropped significantly, to a point that it seems the customer is being deliberately ignored. Mixed information from the Technician carrying out the work to that from the Service Manager.

I'm disappointed with the person who drives the car to and from the car park. Please can they move the seat back to where it belongs for the owner. It was moved up, back and reclined so far back. There is no need to adjust this much for a 50mtr drive

The service was carried out as expected, But overall, the price of any of BMW services are in my opinion high compared to any of the local garages. For example, just for an oil change, & filter should not cost over £300

Treated well by service contact. Listened to me re problem, took photos of screen shots id taken re problem as no errors/faults showing on car once switched off and restarted. Faulty tyre picked up on heath check.

Planned service was completed satisfactory. After spending some time working on the cars issue and driving a different car i was told its the x5's characteristics. I still think the transfer case needs to be replaced on the car to solve this issue.

From the moment I arrived at Marshall Scunthorpe the friendly staff couldn't do enough for me and the service technician, which I might add was a young lady on my last visit, had time to talk to me about my vehicle .
